Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in real estate or construction estimation.
Job description:
- Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost sheets.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for estimation.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from contractors and vendors.
- Prepare tender documents and comparative statements.
- Conduct rate analysis and benchmark project costs.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Purchase, Contracts, and Finance teams.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify variations.
- Evaluate variation orders, additional works, and contractor claims.
- Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and rate libraries.
- Provide cost inputs during project planning, design development, and value engineering.
- Support management in commercial negotiations and project cost decisions.
- Prepare regular MIS reports related to project estimates, budgets, and cost variations.
- Knowledge on SAP, ERP - Info4Suite Velocity
