Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Support Specialist role based in Rajkot. The role involves providing timely technical assistance to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and documenting solutions in a clear and structured manner. The Technical Support Specialist will respond to support tickets, phone calls, and in-person requests,



guiding users through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when needed. Daily work includes monitoring system performance, performing basic maintenance tasks, and collaborating with other technical teams to prevent recurring problems. The role also focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly, setting realistic expectations, and following up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Qualifications
