Role Description The Operations Supervisor (Healthcare) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.



This role includes supervising front-line teams, coordinating patient workflows, monitoring adherence to standard operating procedures, and supporting compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies. The Operations Supervisor will analyze operational performance, prepare and review reports, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions where needed. The role also involves collaborating with clinical, laboratory, and support teams, managing schedules and resources, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
