Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Trainer role based in Kota. The Corporate Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for corporate and institutional partners, focusing on Motion’s educational offerings and services.



Responsibilities include conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, developing training content and manuals, and coaching sales teams on effective sales processes, customer engagement, and product knowledge. The role also involves assessing training needs, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business goals. The trainer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, support new product launches, and maintain high standards of customer service across the sales organization.
