About the Role
DJ Infra Mart is creating a destination-led Construction & Home Improvement marketplace serving both B2C customers and B2B professionals.

We are looking for an energetic Business Development & Sales professional who can generate business from homeowners as well as build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior professionals and other project stakeholders.

This is a field + store-based role and is ideal for someone who can generate leads, develop relationships and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate sales opportunities through store enquiries, field visits, networking, references and direct outreach.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers and institutional customers.
- Visit construction sites, offices, studios and project locations to understand customer requirements.




- Introduce DJ Infra Mart and its range of brands, products and solutions to potential customers.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with relevant brands/vendors for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Convert leads into orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build repeat business through regular customer follow-up and relationship management.
- Promote the store among local construction and professional communities.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across different product categories.
- Coordinate with Brand Partnership, Procurement, Store Operations and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/customer records.
- Track competitors, market trends, customer requirements and pricing.
