Head – Marketing & Business Development
India Valves Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, aggressive and result-oriented Head – Marketing & Business Development to lead our PAN-India market expansion for industrial valves and automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B industrial sales, marketing and business development and the ability to build recent markets, develop strategic customers, lead a marketing team and convert business opportunities into actual orders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's PAN-India Marketing & Business Development Strategy.
Lead the expansion of our industrial valves and automation business across India.
Identify and develop new markets, territories, industries and customer segments.
Identify potential customers, upcoming projects and major industrial opportunities.
Develop business with Steel, Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Water Treatment, Cement, Mining and other process industries.
Develop relationships with Purchase, Procurement, Projects, Maintenance,



Engineering and Plant Heads.
Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs and industrial end-users.
Lead, manage, train and monitor the company's marketing/business development team.
Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and drive the team towards achievement.
Develop a strong sales pipeline from lead generation → customer contact → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order conversion.
Monitor daily and weekly activities of the marketing team and ensure proper follow-up of leads and enquiries.
Conduct regular customer visits, plant visits, project meetings and business development meetings across India.
Explore new geographical markets and appoint/develop suitable channel partners or representatives where required.
Participate in industrial exhibitions, conferences, seminars and networking events.
