Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is an on-site internship based in Kolkata. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations,



including assisting with employee data management, documentation, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities may include helping with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, onboarding support, and basic induction-related tasks. The intern will also assist in organizing HR initiatives, supporting communication of HR policies and benefits, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This role offers exposure to multiple HR functions and an prospect to learn in a dynamic educational environment.
Stipend Amount: Rs. 4000 to 5000 (For UG) and Rs. 8000 to Rs. 12000/- (For MBA/MA/M.Sc) Per Month
Qualifications

Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Understanding of HR Policies and awareness of Employee Benefits administration.
Basic skills in Personnel Management and employee data handling.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Adm
