About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will own campaign performance end-to-end, manage budgets efficiently, and consistently drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Google Ads experience is a plus
Build and manage audience targeting, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event configuration
Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS
Manage and allocate ad budgets to maximize returns
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences,



and placements
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid social advertising
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / performance marketing with a solid focus on Meta Ads
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with positive ROI
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
Strong understanding of key performance metrics and campaign optimization
Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferable experience running Meta ads with sizeable budget
