Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective learners, explain Hike Education’s programs,



and guide them in choosing courses that align with their career goals. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up with potential learners to drive admissions. The role involves collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to convert inquiries into enrollments, providing clear information on course structure, fees, and benefits, and ensuring a positive experience for every prospective learner. The Inside Sales Executive is expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining qualified communication and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting targets and managing end-to-end admissions or enrollment cycles.
