What You’ll Do
As a Manager, AI Engineering, you will lead Teradata’s highly visible, next generation AI products. In this role, you will:
Be highly hands-on and drive the design, architecture, development, evolution, delivery and adoption of one or more AI products.
Lead and develop high performing engineering teams including Staff and Senior Engineers.




Shape the product vision, technology roadmap, and engineering strategy for AI products.
Be deeply involved in technical decision making, providing guidance across coding, architecture, modelling, system design, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Cloud, Architecture, and Customer teams to deliver high impact, end-to-end capabilities.
Champion best practices across the software development lifecycle, including code quality, documentation, testing, CI/CD, observability, and production excellence.
Establish data-driven processes and feedback loops to continuously improve product quality, performance, and engineering efficiency.
Build and sustain a culture of ownership, innovation, high accountability, and technical excellence across your teams.
