About The Greendoor Villa
The Greendoor Villa (TGDV) is a premium short-term rental property management brand, turning homes into desirable destinations. We currently manage a portfolio of villas across Goa, with a presence in Mumbai and Dubai, and we're on a mission to scale to 100 villas by FY27 — with Goa as our immediate, singular focus for growth.
This is a high-ownership, on-the-ground marketing role for someone who wants to build a category-defining hospitality brand from the inside, and shape how Goa experiences TGDV in person and online.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, creatively-minded marketing executive to own brand content generation primarily for social media engagement. You'll be the person who makes our villas feel alive online, and who builds the real-world relationships that turn TGDV into a recognisable,



trusted name across Goa's hospitality and lifestyle circles.
You'll work closely with the CMO on content strategy, but you'll independently drive content creation, creator partnerships, execution, local partnerships, and on-ground creative capture across our portfolio of villas. It's a clean slate and the strategy & creativity can be shaped by this individual.
What You'll Do
Own Content Creation & Partnerships
Own day-to-day execution of Instagram content — carousels, Reels, Stories — across our portfolio of distinct villa properties, each with its own personality and location story
Be comfortable with shooting content on the ground, help tell the story of the greendoor villa through interactions and authentic videos with our partners & staff on the ground
Build a loyal online community of TGDV lifers and set standards for how we show up online
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local content creators and inf
