We are looking for a Software Development Engineer – IV to help lead the next phase of engineering at Aereo Cloud.

The Role

This is a senior engineering leadership role combining technical ownership with people leadership.
You will lead a team of engineers across key areas of Aereo Cloud while remaining deeply involved in the technical problems the team is solving.

We are looking for someone who has grown from a solid software engineering background into technical and people leadership - someone who can design systems, make architectural decisions, solve complex engineering problems and get hands-on when required, while building and developing a high-performing engineering team.

You won't be expected to code all day, but you also won't be expected to step away from engineering. You should be comfortable reviewing designs and code, debugging production issues, prototyping solutions and contributing to critical implementatio
