Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Marketing Manager role based in Satara Taluka. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share for AGRINEER’s power weeders and other agricultural equipment. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, visiting dealers and farmers, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing, and closing sales.



The role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, coordinating trade shows and field events, and gathering market intelligence on competitors and customer needs. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with the product and operations teams to provide customer feedback, forecast demand, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably in agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand promotion, and basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
Proven ability to build and manage dealer networks, conduct field visits, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
