Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Udaipur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.



The role includes partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality hiring decisions. The specialist will support and enhance employer branding initiatives, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. Daily activities also involve using recruitment tools and platforms, maintaining accurate talent acquisition records, and providing regular hiring reports and insights.
