Key Requirement
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Experience working with an IT Recruitment Consultancy is preferred.
Mandatory experience in Contract Hir
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Experience hiring for technical roles using platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced workplace.
