We’re not looking for someone to simply organise society activities.

We’re looking for someone who can turn those activities into customers.

You will take complete ownership of our residential society activation program across Gurugram — from identifying societies and coordinating with RWAs to executing activations, generating trials and onboarding new customers

What you’ll own:
•⁠ ⁠Identify high-potential residential societies
•⁠ ⁠Connect with RWA Presidents & Society Coordinators
•⁠ ⁠Secure permissions and schedule activations
•⁠ ⁠Plan & execute canopy activities, household sampling & resident engagement
•⁠ ⁠Generate leads and product trials




•⁠ ⁠Follow up and convert trials into paying customers
•⁠ ⁠Track society-wise results and customer acquisition

? Your key KPI: New customers acquired — not just activities conducted.

We’d love to meet you if you have:
•⁠ ⁠2–4 years of relevant experience
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication & negotiation skills
•⁠ ⁠A target-driven, execution-focused mindset
•⁠ ⁠Confidence working independently in the field
•⁠ ⁠Experience in BTL, field marketing, FMCG/D2C sales or society activations
