Metalspace Buildcon Private Limited is looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts & Compliance Executive to join our team.

? Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting in BUSY Accounting Software
• Sales & purchase entries, ledgers, receipts, payments and bank reconciliation
• GST inward & outward invoice checking
• GSTR-2B reconciliation and GST data verification
• Coordinate with CA for GST filing, taxation and accounting matters
• Handle sales invoicing, billing and documentation
• Regular payment follow-up with customers and maintain receivables ageing
• Vendor ledger reconciliation and payment coordination
• Monthly salary preparation & payroll management
• PF & ESI compliance and filing
• Maintain statutory and accounting records
• Prepare MIS and outstanding reports for management




• Handle basic administrative activities related to the factory
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, CA and internal teams for accounts-related matters

? Candidate Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
✅ Robust practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software
✅ Good understanding of GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-2B
✅ Knowledge of PF & ESI compliance
✅ Experience in invoicing, receivables, payment follow-ups and payroll
✅ Good command of MS Excel
✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounts function
Preference: Candidates with experience in PEB, construction, manufacturing, engineering or project-based companies will be preferred.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage day-to-day accounts, compliance and follow-ups, rather than just perform accounting data entry.
