Bromoraa is a premium chocolate brand founded by a Pune-based startup dedicated to redefining what quality chocolate confectionery can be in India. We currently create premium, high-quality dragées — designed for gifting, corporate events, and special moments — with a focus on superior taste, finish, and consistency at scale. As a lean, fast-moving startup, we’re building our sales and business development function from the ground up, and looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment with an interest in and passion for contributing meaningfully to develop the business.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive Bromoraa’s growth across B2B, B2C, corporate gifting, and distributor/retail channels. You’ll be based in Mumbai — chosen for its strong connectivity to both Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities — with periodic hybrid time at our Studio in Pune,
plus travel as needed to close deals and build client relationships on the ground.
You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle: identifying prospects, pitching, negotiating, closing, and managing the relationship long after the deal is signed. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build something from an early stage and grow with it.
What You’ll Do
Drive recent business across corporate gifting, B2B, B2C, and retail/distributor channels
Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing to account management
Meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and stakeholder connections
Represent Bromoraa at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and expansion plans
Report to the Operations and Business Development Lead, with regular reporting to the CEO
