Role Description The Freelance Trainer will deliver software-focused training sessions to learners in an online / Offline environment, ensuring clear explanation of concepts and hands-on guidance through practical exercises and real-time projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing structured lesson plans,



creating and updating training materials, presenting live lectures or recorded sessions, and providing timely feedback on assignments and projects. The instructor will support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, monitor progress, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles while maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time freelancer role, requiring consistent availability during scheduled training hours and collaboration with MagiQ’s academic team to refine course content and maintain high training standards.
