As a senior leader, you will bridge the gap between high-volume digital transactional data and strategic corporate financial reporting, ensuring total audit-readiness and governance.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) mandatory; must have successfully cleared CA Intermediate (ICA India).
 Experience: 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in core corporate accounting, with a mandatory minimum of 2–3 years in a Fintech, Banking, Digital Lending, or NBFC environment handling digital fund flows.
 Technical Skills:



Advanced command over ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, or proprietary fintech ledger engines); elite level data manipulation skills in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot tables).
 Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial data to executive leadership and regional stakeholders; strong problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguous data patterns in a fast-paced technology ecosystem; high ethical standards and skilled integrity.
