About the Role

MHtechin is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with a solid background in SaaS and Enterprise Solutions to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS/technology solutions, lead generation, client acquisition, and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
* Research and identify potential B2B and enterprise clients.
* Understand client requirements and effectively present MHtechin’s SaaS and enterprise solutions.
* Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and handover.
* Conduct product/service presentations, discovery calls, and client meetings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.




* Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations based on client requirements.
* Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
* Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the SaaS and enterprise technology space.
* Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales.
* Mandatory experience in SaaS and/or Enterprise Solutions.
* Strong understanding of B2B technology sales and SaaS business models.
* Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue
