About the Role
We are looking for a versatile SEO & Branding Specialist who can drive organic growth, strengthen our social presence, and build a consistent, memorable brand across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate combines solid command of traditional and modern SEO — including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — with hands-on social media marketing and a sharp eye for branding. You'll keep our brand visible and consistent across search engines, AI answer engines, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
SEO: Handle keyword research, on-page, technical, and off-page SEO — including site speed, crawlability, schema, internal linking, and link building.
AEO & GEO: Optimize content for featured snippets, "People Also Ask", voice search, and AI engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) so the brand is easily cited and surfaced.
SMM:



Plan and run social strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) — content calendar, posting, engagement, and follower/reach growth.
Branding: Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels; support brand campaigns and manage online reputation.
Reporting: Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and social performance via GA4 and Search Console; share regular reports and stay current on algorithm/AI/social trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience across SEO and social media marketing / organic marketing
Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, and SMM
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with schema/structured data and content optimization
Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts and content calendars
A feel for branding — voice, consistency, and visual storytelling
Proficiency with tools like Google Searc
