About Role
We are hiring an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to work directly with the founders on developing and operating selected supply chains.
The role involves identifying market opportunities, developing customers and suppliers, understanding operations, and progressively taking ownership of the commercial and operational performance of an assigned supply chain.
The successful candidate will work across the fresh fruits and processed food segments.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop market opportunities.
Build and manage customer and supplier relationships.
Support sourcing, sales and supply-chain operations.




Analyse opportunities to create commercial value within an assigned supply chain.
Take increasing responsibility for the end-to-end performance of assigned business opportunities.
Work directly with the founders and gain first-hand exposure to business operations and decision-making.

Candidate Preference
Recent graduates or early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
Candidates with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, business development and supply-chain operations.
Comfortable with field-based work, travel and direct market interaction.
Solid ownership mindset and willingness to learn through hands-on execution.

Location: Kochi, Kerala with travel as required.
