Role Description This is a full time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Warangal. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including sales, service coordination, inventory management, and customer support activities. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring branch staff, setting and monitoring performance targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with key customers,



identifying business opportunities in the local market, and collaborating with senior management on branch strategy and reporting. The Branch Manager will be expected to drive profitability, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth coordination with other outlets and the principal company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in branch management, operations management, or a similar leadership role, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries.
Strong people management skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and basic financial concepts such as budgeting, margins, and forecasting.
Ability to manage inventory, service workflows, and coordination between sales, service, and parts teams.
