Role: HR Manager
Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Compensation: CTC + ESOP

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of people, processes, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing consumer business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch, bringing structure to unstructured environments, and working closely with people. You should be detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a consumer goods, D2C, e-commerce, retail, or similar quick-paced business.
• Experience in managing people and HR processes end-to-end.
• Strong ability to organise, structure, and streamline processes.
• Someone who enjoys creating systems, processes, and policies and ensuring they are followed consistently.
• Strong attention to detail — you notice the small things others may miss.




• Comfortable working in unstructured and fast-changing environments.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and get things done independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across teams.
• Most importantly, someone who is cheerful, positive, approachable, and brings good energy to the workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process, identify and screen candidates, conduct reference checks, coordinate offer and employment documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes. Address employee concerns, help resolve workplace conflicts, and support employee engagement.
