ETY is looking for a Technical Business Analyst cum Project Manager who sits at the intersection of Technology, Business, and Execution.
This is not a traditional Project Manager role.
We are looking for someone who understands how software is actually built, can dive deep into technical problems, understands business logic, can challenge assumptions, identify edge cases, coordinate teams, and most importantly — take complete ownership of getting things done.

? What You Will Be Responsible For
You will be responsible for taking a project from requirement → understanding → planning → development → testing → deployment → delivery.
You will work closely with developers, designers, QA, business teams, clients,



and leadership to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Your core responsibilities will include:
Understand business requirements and convert them into clear technical and functional requirements.
Understand the complete SDLC and actively participate in every stage.
Understand how applications and software systems are architected and developed.
Have a solid understanding of databases, APIs, backend systems, frontend applications, integrations, authentication, data flow, and system architecture.
Work closely with developers and understand what is being built — not just track whether someone is working on it.
Break complex requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
Define priorities, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and ownership.
Identify risks and blockers before they become problems.
Understand business logic deeply and identify missing scenarios and edge cases.
