As part of its next phase of growth, Sandhya Eye Hospitals is expanding beyond its existing services by developing new departments, specialised centres and complementary healthcare verticals. The organisation is therefore looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven General Manager – Business Development to lead this growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Vijayawada for a General Manager – Business Development.
The General Manager will be responsible for driving the hospital's overall business growth, identifying new revenue opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the launch and expansion of new departments and healthcare verticals.
The role will involve working closely with the Managing Director, medical leadership and department heads to convert strategic ideas into commercially viable and operationally successful business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
Develop and execute business-development strategies aligned with the hospital's growth objectives.
Identify recent markets, customer segments, referral channels and revenue opportunities.
Develop annual and quarterly business plans with clear revenue, volume and profitability targets.
Identify opportunities to increase patient acquisit
