Job Description
Service Engineer key responsibility areas and main tasks:
nProvide in office and remote service support to customers as needed for delivery installation, SAT (Site acceptance testing), repairs, and other technical support for all Orbis Test Systems supplied products.
n- Be onsite to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance so that we meet the uptime terms agreed in the Contract /LSA

- Responsible for timely after sales service, technical support, Onsite Installations/Ramp up Functionsn
- To perform onsite Repairs of Orbis Systems supplied Test systems, RF Chambers, RF test systems & Products, Jigs & Fixtures, Signal Switching Units including RF measurement system, Electrical, electronics, electro-mechanical & mechanical sub-systems, and OTA systemsn
- Capable of Troubleshooting Automated fixture/test system on customer siten
- Knowledge of Test Software (SW modifications)

- Work with the customer to suggest appropriate spare parts Requirements to reduce device down timen
- Collect customer feedback to products and convey to Service/design Leadn
- Prepare weekly /monthly reports and maintain records pertaining to all repairs, replacement parts, calibrations and modifications of the work done / issues to be handled.n
- To meet other tasks assigned by supervisorn
- Participate in Orbis Systems service, sales and engineering team reviews locally and globally.n
