nAt Aéromé, we manage thousands of installations across India.

nEvery one of those machines needs to be tracked.
nEvery refill needs to happen on time.
nEvery client needs to be serviced without having to chase us.
n

nAnd that requires someone who is obsessed with details, follow-ups and execution.
n

nWe’re looking for a Back Office Executive – Refill Operations who will take ownership of refill data and ensure our PAN India operations run like clockwork.
n

nYOUR MISSION:
n

n• Own and maintain refill data for clients across India
n• Track consumption, refill cycles and upcoming requirements
n• Ensure refills are initiated and dispatched on time
n• Coordinate closely with sales, operations, logistics and warehouse teams
n• Follow up relentlessly on pending requirements
n• Maintain accurate client and machine records
n• Identify gaps before they become problems
n• Prepare MIS and operational reports




n• Ensure ZERO missed refills because of poor tracking
n
