nWe are seeking a highly skilled VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure, covering both compute (vSphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and vSAN).

- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise VMware environmentsn
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)n
- Robust experience with SAN storage technologies (FC/iSCSI/NFS) and vSANn
- Hands‑on knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion, VMFS, Datastore design, Storage multipathing and latency troubleshootingn
- Backup, recovery, and DR fundamentalsn
- Documentation and operational excellencen
