nAs a ServiceNow Architect, you will serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations. You will lead complex solution designs, architect transformative platforms, and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with business acumen to deliver exceptional value through the ServiceNow platform for our real estate customers. Certification as a Certified Master Architect (CMA) is highly desirable.

- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecturesn
- Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and vendor teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide technical expertise during client presentations.n
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for ServiceNow implementationsn
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow modules and other systemsn
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle; act as the escalation point for complex technical challengesn
