nRole Overview
nThis role is focused on creating and maintaining clear, accurate documentation and technical content for RoboMQ’s products, with a primary focus on Hire2Retire. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to understand how features work in real customer environments and document them in a way that is practical and easy to use.
nIn addition to product documentation,



you will contribute to whitepapers and solution-focused content like marketplace listings and product demo scripts. Much of our product docs content is maintained in GitHub, so comfort with version-controlled documentation is important.

nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For
nProduct & Documentation Work

- Write and maintain Hire2Retire documentation, including user guides, feature explanations, and configuration stepsn
- Document end-to-end product workflowsn
- Keep documentation aligned with product releases and changes by working closely with engineering and product teamsn
- Review existing content and improve clarity, structure, and accuracy where neededn

- Present technical concepts using a explicit problem–solution approach that connects technology to business impactn
