nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle Fusion HCM / Payroll) to join our Enterprise Systems team in Chennai. In this role, you will lead and support the implementation, customization, and post-go-live maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules across our Middle East and India operations.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Drive end-to-end techno-functional implementation, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules.n




- Manage key functional areas including Core HR (People & Assignment), Costing, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, L&D;, and Recruiting.n
- Handle post-go-live support, issue resolution, enhancement requests, and system optimizations.n
- Ensure strict compliance with regional payroll legislations across UAE, KSA, and India.n
- Interface with cross-functional business stakeholders, finance teams, and external consulting partners to deliver seamless ERP integrations.n

nKey Requirements (Must-Haves)

- n
- Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM / Payroll implementations with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementation projects completed.n
- Post-Implementation Support: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in post-Go-Live application support.n
- Core Expertise: Deep techno-functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules:n
- Core HR, Absence Management & Pay
