We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Administrator (L2/L3) to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensure business continuity, strengthen cybersecurity, and provide excellent technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Infrastructure Management
Monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, security patches,



and configuration management.
Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and system administration activities.
Configure, maintain, and monitor virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
Execute and monitor scheduled data backups and restoration activities.
Network Administration
Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Ensure network security through firewall policies, access controls, VPN management, and security best practices.
Coordinate ISP connectivity and network infrastructure upgrades.
User Support & IT Service Management
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
Resolve user incidents within defined SLAs and maintain high servic
