ROLE PURPOSE
Own and build the company’s digital growth engine across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp and emerging platforms. Work with the existing content team to turn content into measurable reach, audience, authority, traffic, qualified leads and business growth. The role also owns digital budget planning, spend analysis and ROI optimisation, with final spend approval retained by the Founder / Head of Digital Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the digital growth strategy with measurable monthly and quarterly targets.
• Audience Growth: Grow followers, subscribers, communities, website traffic, brand visibility and qualified digital demand across platforms.
• Platform Strategy: Develop platform-specific strategies based on algorithms, audience behaviour, content formats and distribution mechanics.
• SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO, keyword strategy, technical SEO and organic search growth.
• Content Distribution: Optimise topics, headlines, hooks, thumbnails, formats, CTAs, keywords and publishing schedules.




• Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and track reach, engagement, traffic, watch time, audience growth, leads, conversions and revenue contribution.
• Experimentation: Run continuous A/B tests and growth experiments and convert insights into actionable improvements.
• Budget Planning: Plan digital marketing budgets across platforms, campaigns, channels and growth initiatives based on business objectives and expected ROI.
• Spend Analysis: Analyse planned vs. actual spend, CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and revenue contribution; identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Forecasting & Allocation: Prepare monthly and quarterly spend forecasts and recommend budget allocation or reallocation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
