Qualification: Minimum Graduate, preferably from an Agriculture background, or MBA
Experience: 1-2 Years
Salary Range:- 3 LPA – 3.5 LPA per annum.
Ø About the Role
AVPL International is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Field Sales Executive – Agri Drone Sales to lead branch operations, drive revenue generation, and expand market presence across assigned regions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in rural sales, business development, team leadership, and educational program promotion. Experience in industries such as MLM, Tractor Sales, Agri Inputs will be highly preferred.
Ø Key Responsibilities
v Sales & Revenue Growth
•Drive sales of Agri Drone solutions, drone training programs,



and education-based services across assigned branches.
•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
•Promote Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS), agri-tech solutions, and skill development programs in rural and semi-urban markets.
•Conduct awareness campaigns, seminars, field demonstrations, counseling sessions, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase enrollments/sales.
•Develop and implement branch-wise sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.
•Ensure robust lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
v Branch Operations & Team Management
•Oversee end-to-end branch operations with a focus on sales productivity and operational efficiency.
•Lead, mentor, and monitor branch sales teams to achieve business goals.
•Ensure smooth coordination between sales, training, operations, and support teams.
