EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
WORK EXPERIENCE
1–4 years of experience in Agreements, CRM, Customer Coordination, Documentation, Real Estate or a related field.
Experience in the real estate / property industry will be preferred.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Agreement Executive to manage agreement-related activities, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and ensure timely completion of the agreement signing process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with customers through calls, emails and meetings for agreement signing and related activities.
Regularly call and follow up with clients regarding pending agreements, corrections, signatures and other agreement-related requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Accounts,
Sales and CRM for agreement corrections, approvals and required changes.
Meet clients, whenever required, to explain the agreement signing process and address basic queries.
Maintain MIS reports and ensure timely and accurate updating of agreement status.
Track pending agreements and continuously follow up with relevant stakeholders until closure.
Maintain accurate records of agreements and all related documents.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of agreement-related activities as per internal processes.
