We're Hiring: Assistant Manager | Odisha
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Odisha — someone who can bridge the gap between business goals and grassroots impact.
What you'll do
Drive marketing and outreach initiatives across the region
Lead and support rural development programmes on the ground
Contribute to ESG strategy, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Support carbon credit project development — agroforestry, ARR, improved cookstoves, biogas and sustainable rice — from feasibility and farmer mobilisation through to MRV and verification
Work closely with communities, partners, and internal teams
What we're looking for
MBA (Marketing / Rural Management / Sustainability or related)




Hands-on experience in marketing, rural development, and ESG
Exposure to carbon markets or climate projects (Verra, Gold Standard, CCTS) is a strong plus
Comfortable with fieldwork and travel across Odisha
Solid communication skills; fluency in Odia is a plus
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
