108 TYM (To Your Measurement) is a new contemporary Indian fashion label that brings together designer-led collections, premium craftsmanship and personalized fit.
Inspired by Indian architecture, heritage and contemporary culture, TYM is being built as a distinct brand from 108 Bespoke — with its own identity, aesthetic and voice.
We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who can help us build TYM from the ground up.

What will you own?
You’ll be responsible for the brand’s marketing and social media execution end-to-end, including:
• Social media strategy & day-to-day management
• Content strategy & monthly content calendars
• Conceptualizing and executing photoshoots & campaign shoots
• Coordinating photographers, videographers, stylists, models & production teams
• Content editing & post-production coordination
• Instagram Reels, Stories, posts & other social content
• Influencer & creator collaborations




• Celebrity & stylist outreach
• PR & media outreach
• Launch campaigns & collection launches
• Launch events & activations
• Brand partnerships & collaborations
• UGC & community building
• Competitor & market research
• Campaign performance tracking & reporting

What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Passionate about fashion, luxury, culture & social media
• Strong at both creative thinking and execution
• Has a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• Comfortable managing shoots and external vendors
• Has experience working with influencers/creators
• Can independently manage multiple projects
• Strong at communication, coordination and follow-ups
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Someone who doesn't wait for a brief for every small task
Fashion / luxury / lifestyle experience is a strong plus.
