Role Description The Part-Time Accountant at NORTHSTONE CORP will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The Accountant will help prepare basic financial reports, ensure compliance with internal controls,



and coordinate with project and operations teams to track expenses and budgets. This is a part time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring regular presence at the office and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle part-time schedules and multiple tasks.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with finance, project, and operations teams.
