ServiceNow Developer Job Description

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM modules and possess strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow workflows, and integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, optimizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Developer

Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business requirements.




Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Orchestration, and Automation workflows.
Develop custom applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow best practices.
Optimize ServiceNow platform performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Implement Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Asset Management, and Configuration Management workflows.
Configure HR Service Delivery (HRSD) workflows to enhance employee experiences.
Develop IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps
