Archie Enterprise is looking for a proactive and organised Purchase Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, price negotiation, procurement of raw materials and other requirements, purchase order coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and other business requirements.
• Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and compare price, quality, specifications, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up until material is received.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve delays or supply-related issues.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/quality team for receipt and verification of purchased materials.
• Maintain supplier details, quotations, purchase records, price history, and other procurement documentation.




• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while continuously identifying alternative sources.
• Monitor stock requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages or unnecessary excess inventory.
• Follow up for invoices, transport documents, COAs and other required documentation.
• Assist in evaluating vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate internally with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Accounts, and Management as required.
Candidate Profile
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Good communication and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable dealing with multiple suppliers and managing several purchases simultaneously.
• Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic computer operations.
• Ability to compare quotations and understand basic commercial terms.
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
