JS Products is looking for an experienced Supplier Operations Leader to work closely with our strategic manufacturing partner in India.

This is a senior, in office leadership role responsible for driving manufacturing execution, supplier performance, quality, delivery, and new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day supplier operations and manufacturing execution
• Drive quality, on-time delivery and production performance
• Identify and resolve manufacturing and supplier risks
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support NPI, PPAP, FAI, audits and engineering changes
• Hold suppliers accountable for performance and commitments
• Act as the key communication bridge between the India supplier and JS Products’ US teams

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• 5–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, operations, engineering or supplier management




• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing leadership role
• Strong knowledge of machining, forging, metal fabrication and assembly
• Experience working with suppliers in India
• Strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with inspections and quality management

Preferred: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis experience. Hindi/Punjabi and hand-tool industry experience would be an advantage.
