Who are you?
You are a proactive and articulate business development professional who enjoys finding the right companies, reaching out to decision-makers and starting meaningful conversations. You are comfortable researching businesses, understanding their needs and selling software development services to international clients.
Your roles and responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in the US and other international markets
Find and reach out to founders, CTOs, product leaders and other decision-makers
Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn and other channels
Personalise outreach based on the company and its product
Follow up with prospects and build relationships over time
Qualify opportunities before handing them over for deeper discussions
Maintain leads, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM
Experiment with messaging, industries and outreach strategies
Work directly with the founders to improve the sales process
You should have
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience selling software services, SaaS, IT services or technology solutions
Experience reaching out to clients in the US or international markets
Strong written and spoken English
Good research and communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar
Comfortable understanding software products and technical businesses
Your outstanding skill
Ability to identify good opportunities instead of simply generating more leads
Persistence, communication and a strong figuring-it-out mindset
