Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an AR & AP – US Accounting – QuickBooks – Night Shift position. The role involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable for US-based operations, including processing invoices, recording payments, and reconciling account balances in QuickBooks. The team member will monitor aging reports,



follow up on outstanding receivables, assist with debt collection activities, and ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining accurate financial records. Daily responsibilities include posting journal entries, verifying transaction details, supporting month-end closing, and generating financial reports for internal stakeholders. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and US counterparts during night shift hours to resolve discrepancies and support continuous improvement in accounting processes.
Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
Solid foundation in Finance and US Accounting practices, including AR/AP, general ledger, and basic tax and compliance concepts.
