What you’ll do:
✔ Assist in recruitment—sourcing CVs, posting jobs, screening profiles, and coordinating
interviews.
✔ Support onboarding and candidate communications.
✔ Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
✔ Assist in building a collaborative, people-first culture.
✔ Contribute to LinkedIn growth for the brand and team.
✔ Help with outreach and online reputation management.
✔ Handle HR operations and day-to-day reporting.
✔ Maintain HR documentation, including MoUs and collaboration records.
What we need:
✔ Solid interest in Human Resources, talent management, or organizational development.




✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Active LinkedIn profile preferred (especially for PR and outreach tasks).
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Perks:
