Role Description

The Senior Product Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for immigration and visa consulting services, aligning offerings with client needs and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer and market insights, prioritizing features, writing requirements, and coordinating with operations, sales, marketing, and technology teams to deliver and improve service products. The Senior Product Manager will monitor product performance, optimize processes, and ensure services remain compliant with relevant immigration regulations. The role also involves stakeholder communication, leading cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring team members to drive product excellence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and requirements definition for service-based offerings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
Background in immigration, legal services, consulting, or a related domain is highly beneficial; familiarity with Canadian immigration processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, manage timelines and priorities, and drive continuous improvement in services and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in product management or immigration are an advantage.
Demonstrated experience working in client-centric environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and compliant services.
