Job Title: Steward / Stewardess Reports To: Captain / Restaurant Manager Job Purpose: Support the service team in delivering efficient F&B; service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Job Requirements: 1. Service Support: Assist in food/beverage delivery and replenish table accompaniments. 2. Mise-en-place: Set up tables with correct cutlery, crockery, and glassware. 3. Table Maintenance: Explicit tables promptly and keep the dining area pristine. 4. Collaboration: Support Captains and Servers to ensure smooth floor operations. 5. Compliance: Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols. 6. Shift Duties: Complete assigned opening, closing, and side tasks.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality preferred (Freshers considered).
Education: Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B; Service.
Skills: Basic knowledge of service etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
