Requirements
Preparation: Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard recipes.
Mise-en-place: Stock the coffee station and prepare ingredients for service.
Cleanliness: Maintain a sanitized workstation, equipment, and service area.
Service: Engage customers professionally and process billing via POS.
Compliance: Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and storage (FIFO) protocols.
Support: Assist senior staff with inventory and general café duties.
Experience: 0–1 year in a café (Freshers welcome).
Skills: Basic coffee knowledge and an eagerness to learn brewing techniques.
Attributes: Strong communication and ability to work adaptable shifts.
