We build a full-stack, AI-enabled maternal-care platform — spanning conception to post-partum — that combines smart monitoring devices, AI-powered decision support and protocol-driven workflows for fetal, labour, birthing and post-partum care.

About the Role





The Founder's Office is the engine room of the company — where strategy, data and execution meet. As Business Analyst & Fundraising Associate, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder & CEO to turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis, decisions and outcomes. Roughly half of your time will be spent on business analysis and strategy, and half on driving our fundraising — an active Pre-Series A equity round alongside impact and grant funding. It is a rare front-row seat to how a mission-driven healthtech company scales, and a launchpad for a career in strategy, investing or entrepreneurship.

What You'll Do

Business Analysis Strategies:
Build and maintain financial models — revenue projections, unit economics, pricing, burn and runway — and pressure-test key business assumptions.
Run market and competitive research — TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, competitor landscapes, regulatory and clinical
